The holiday season is always one of the busiest times of the year, and my priority is to ensure that every Cinnamon Rose Primitives order arrives safely and on time. Unfortunately, this year the USPS has lost two of my expensive outgoing packages—both fully prepared and shipped with care.
After careful consideration, I’ve decided it’s time to make a change that better protects your purchases and gives both you and I greater peace of mind.
Switching to UPS Ground for More Reliable Delivery
Effective immediately, all orders will now ship via UPS Ground instead of USPS Ground Advantage.
UPS has proven to be more consistent with tracking updates, handling, and overall reliability—especially during high-volume holiday periods.
This change allows me to maintain the level of service and security that your primitive decor items and collectible pieces deserve.
New Shipping Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
To further streamline and safeguard the shipping process, I will now be sending out orders on a set schedule:

This structured schedule ensures that each package receives the proper attention, documentation, and packaging needed to keep it safe throughout its journey.

You’ll continue to receive tracking information for every order.
Your package will ship via UPS Ground on the next scheduled shipping day.
Delivery times may even improve thanks to UPS’s reliable ground network.
