Folk Art Garden Decorative Pottery Plate OOAK

$45.00
Only 1 available

Inspired by the colorful spirit of traditional European folk pottery, Folk Art Garden brings together intricate pattern, bold color, and the unmistakable character of hand-painted decoration.

A richly detailed floral medallion takes center stage, surrounded by coordinating motifs that dance around the outer edge of the plate. Brick red, deep blue, soft green, golden yellow, warm brown and touches of powder blue stand out against a softly speckled winter white background. Strong dark outlines and tiny painted accents give the design its lively, almost textile-like quality.

The plate was slipcast and then individually stamped and carefully painted by hand, with each small area of the pattern receiving its own color and detail. It was kiln-fired to Cone 6, transforming the many individual elements into a glossy, richly patterned decorative piece.

Although inspired by the charm of Old World folk pottery, this is an original Cinnamon Rose Pottery interpretation, with the variations and hand-painted character that make each piece unique.

Designed for seasonal or year-round display on a hutch, mantel, shelf, or tabletop.

Black metal display stand included.

Individually glazed and kiln-fired, variations created during firing are part of the beauty of Cinnamon Rose Pottery and ensure that no two pieces can ever be exactly alike.

Handcrafted to be used. Created to be treasured.
